He served as missionary pastor for
two years before he was killed
A
pastor has been identified to be among the 25 persons killed by Islamic
militants, Boko Haram while unleashing series of assaults at the end of July in
Cameroon. 45-year-old Jean Marcel Kesvere
who was sent to Bargaram by the Lutheran Brethren Church of Cameroon served as
a missionary pastor for two years before he was killed.
Kesvere
was first abducted before he was killed by Boko Haram members.
Charisa
news reports that the militants had begun an attack in Bargaram that lasted
into the next day.
When
it was finally over, an undetermined number of people had been abducted, among
them Kesvere whose body was later discovered several miles away near the town
of Kamouna.
