Tanker drivers heading to Apapa petroleum depot in search for petrol
have once again parked recklessly on top of major bridges in Lagos
causing serious traffic gridlock. Lagos state residents leaving the
mainland to the Island are having a hard time driving as the traffic is
really very serious. Some residents of the state who are on twitter say
they have been out of their homes since 6.15am and have not been able to
leave their neighborhood at about this time.
