In the statement, the comedian also
hints that his upcoming show at the Heymann Performing Arts Center in
Lafayette, Louisiana is still happening.
BillCosby has released a statement after another woman came forward with
her story, claiming that the comedian sexually
assaulted her in the past. On Wednesday, February 25, his new public-relations
consultant Purpose PR Firm issued the statement which sees the embattled
comedian thanking fans for their support and hinting that his Friday gig in
Lafayette, Louisiana will still take place. continue...

I thank you, the theatre staff [at Heymann Performing Arts Centre], the event organizers and the Lafayette Community for your continued support and coming to experience family, fun entertainment," read the statement. More than 30 women have accused the 77-year-old star of sexual assault, but he denied it. Some of his gigs were postponed or canceled in the wake of the accusations.
Most recently, a former model named Heidi Thomas told CNN that Cosby drugged and assaulted her in 1984. According to Thomas, she only remembered waking up naked next to the comedian and he was "forcing himself in my mouth."
